real Japanese meal

Nowadays I usually eat out with my friends for lunch on weekends. But there was no person who has time to hang out with me today...so I spent alone all of day. I went to the beauty-treatment clinic to have facial massage in the morning and went back to home and then cooked my lunch. But I cooked in a very short time. Just baked fish(a Pacific saury), made instant Japanese pickles and Miso soup, boiled rice, sliced sesame Tohu...that's all. How healthy and simple my lunch is!
Although I love Italian, French, Indian, Korean and other countries foods, I sometimes feel like eating simple Japanese foods like today's lunch. I knew it.
