jogging

I jogged after 2days today. Although I decided to keep jogging as my daily exercise I tend to skip it when i worked in the office. After all I jog only weekends. I don't know it's effective for maintaining my health.
Some people jog in the park and they run by far faster than me. Actually I feel tired very quickly and then I walk most of the time. Want to believe it's better than doing nothing...
