I could finally get in Paris. It's cold here.

But I LOVE Paris.

My Christmas

I had bad cold these a couple of days. I had slight fever and sore throat. I went to see the doctor on Xmas eve. The doctor gave me the injection and prescribed the lozenge, some medicine and gargle. I seemed not have the flu. Anyway what was I doing on Xmas days...I'm sorry myself.
I think I was really unlucky this year. The death of my glam-ma, the betrayal by ex-coworker, unemployment, catching a cold on Xmas and so on.
I don't want stay this year anymore.

I was on another planet...

I entered men's room by mistake before I left the office. I was thinking about something and I didn't watch carefully the indication.And it was very dark around. I found one man was in there when I entered men's room. Whoa! But I saw nothing swearing by God...

When I was having lunch with my coworkers we talked how we should do if we were aa billionaire at Las Vegas. Because we heard that we need to send the money we get at there only in the U.S. I suggested that we get some valuable thing there and we can bring that thing to Japan. But one of coworkers found that we can't get permission of exporting with valuable thing. There is a limitation of value. After all we came to conclusion that we would spent the money for the luxurious villa in the U.S. We were thinking quite seriously...In spite of it's just only The story of dream.

My boss said to me that there weren't many days we were in the office together. I hear he will go to Singapore at the middle of December and he would spend Christmas with his Singaporean girl friend. He said that proudly and asked me how I would spend Christmas. I replied, 'I will spend at my house simply'. Then he recommend me to go to abroad for Christmas time. But I replied again, I will go to abroad at the end of year. So he was surprised and asked me where I would go. I said with smile, 'I will go to Paris part of the way.' My boss seemed vexed a little. Hehehe :-)

Preparing for studying overseas program

Now I'm planning to have study overseas program with my friend. We decided to go abroad at the middle of February. I submitted the application form to the agent. And I also deserved the round trip air ticket. I'm concerning about the fuel surcharge and asked the agent. I heard it would gone down to about half of the present price next year. So I asked whether I could be paid back the difference even if I reserved the ticket now. They say that I can get it if that price would be go down before it be issued.
We will be able to stay at the dormitory near by beach. But I heard we can 't swim there. Though we don't think of swimming there.
I talked with my friend who will go abroad with me about one hour by the phone today. we always contact with each other by e-mail. But I felt irritated it . I wanted to tell about what I was thinking immediately. So I have pain of my right ear due to long time calling.

Bad and good news.

My employee contract with the company will be finished by the end of the year. I mean I will be fired. I‘m only in temporary employment and my contract will last until March. But we are called by the president of our company and 30-40 workers there. They held the urgent meeting and had us gather.
They apologized to us deeply and explained that the reason they should fire us. I heard the company I am working now has been recession for some years. Now they need to reduce personel. The temporary staff will be fired first.
Some my coworkers were so angry with our company at that meeting. But I think it can't be helped. If anything, maybe I’m happy because I will be able to get unemployed insurance soon. I wonder I will have studying abroad around next February… it’s enough for me to look for work after that. Am I too easy-going?? But that’s my personality.:-)

I'm thinking of Paris...

Now I’m planning my trip to Paris this winter with my friend.
So far our schedule is as follows.
28th Dec. dinner at Pinxo and wondering around Paris
29th-30th Dec. Mont Saint Michel one night tour and illumination tour at night
31st Dec. having our fill Louvre and going to countdown at night
2nd Jan. Versailles Place tour
In addition, I would like to watch movie that story is set in Paris and will be road show on 13th Dec. I tried to translate trailer to English.

Finally she gets honesty about her mind and then Julien told suddenly that he had to go back to Paris. She was invited going back to Paris with him.
She couldn’t take a step forward even though she knew she love him because she couldn’t abandon her job and daily life.
And Julien left from her. She feels empty. It is wondering that she would go back to her daily life as if nothing was happened, or what…!?

I was shocked with my face...

I have a sty on my right eyelid. It had been itchy before going to bed last night. Maybe I scratched it while I was sleeping. I was shocked with my face when I got up this morning. My right eye was terribly swollen…I didn’t want to see anyone today. But I had to go to work. Anyway I decided to go to see an eye doctor first and after my visit his receptionist gave me eye drops. The effect of the eye drop was very fast. The swelling of my eye reduced rapidly.
I went to the office 2 hours late. Everyone asked me if I was okay when I got there. Piled up jobs were waiting for me. But I left office almost on fixed time. I supposed to eat dinner out with my co-works, but I canceled it.
I want to have enough rest on this weekend.

Japanese meals

I had been eating only junk foods and my eating habits had been disarranged last week. So I felt like suddenly eating real Japanese meals today and cooked the rice cooked with vegetables, poke sauté with grated radish and seaweed (I put too much wakame in it) soup.
There were no recipe and it was my original. But the taste was good. Besides it seems very healthy. I knew it I’m Japanese…Unfortunately I can never cook same things because I seasoned just my sense then.

I went out.

I went to Yokohama yesterday. I had to exchange TC to EUR for my winter trip to Paris. But there is no exchange house around my house. The nearest one is in Ohmiya city but I also wanted to go shopping. I always go to Yokohama for my shopping so I went there.
The exchange house was crowded because of a strong yen. I had to wait about 30-40minutes inspite of I got there on time.
After that I look around many shops around Yokohama station. I moved Sakuragicho close to noon. I had lunch at the restaurant, Harvest in Yokohama World Porters. I like that restaurant very much. It is an all –you- eat buffet and all meals are made of vegetables organically grown. It is healthy and so delicious. I always eat too much there.
After all I could not find what I wanted. But it was okay for me only getting EUR. It was my first purpose.
I was tired because of the crowd. I live in the unpopulated area. The people in the train decreased gradually as I approached my station. I feel sad at that moment.

cooking again

I cooked Pasta for lunch again. I could find the recipe by chance at the fish corner of the supermarket. The ingredients are salmon, Japanese mushroom, basil, garlic, olive oil, a little of lemon juice. The taste is very lightly. Actually it seems that I couldn’t remember that entire recipe so I might forget something to add it because I ran my eyes over the recipe during the grocery shopping. But I made it well how to boil Pasta today. I always boil too much, though.

autumn is here.

I can update my blog only on weekend because I’m tired with my job on weekday.But I could feel that autumn is already here. I can see the view of the cosmos field from the car window on the way to the office

I always make my lunchbox when I go to work.
There are many frozen foods in it, though.
Tomorrow’s menu is fried poke, pumpkin croquette and edible brown algae. There is apple for dessert.

I cooked Pasta for my lunch.
Actually I wanted to go to the Italian restaurant on this weekend, but I couldn’t find the companion. I got the original Italian Pasta ‘Fetuccine ' , Cnocchi di patate and Pasta source ‘Solleone’ on the import shop.
Maybe it is wrong how to cook of them and looks is not so good but the taste was delicious. But if Italian knew how to cook of mine he gets angry at me...^^;

Working hard

I met real carrier woman in the office today.
She is just the person as she is reputed to be. She looks a little bit unapproachable but is really very kind. And she can speak fluently as if she is a native speaker.
She will help me working after my predecessor leave the office.
Even so, there are a lot of things to remember for me. Now my blain is working at full speed trying to get used to do new job.

I took my cat, Nyago to the veterinary hospital because she drags her feet as she walks.
She has a small wound on the sole of left foot. I have to apply medicine on her foot for a while. I’m very sorry Nyago…
She hates riding a car so she was crying while she was in my car. It was terrible.
If she likes riding a car we could go out everywhere together.

The wines from New Zealand

The bottles of wines that I bought in New Zealand were finally delivered today.
I had been waiting since I went back to Japan. I was really worried about whether it was delivered safety.

So I’ve just called to the wine shop in New Zealand this morning.The labels are pretty and cute so I feel it is wasted to drink

in the office

I took over new job from my predecessor yesterday too. My predecessor is excellent. I like his good personality as well as how he does job. Maybe I will miss him after he leaves the office. He recommended me to speak to the person in charge from Germany.
But I couldn’t because I was ashamed that I spoke English in front of him.
I went to the shopping after work. I bought the office sandal instead of the shoes which was provided from the general affairs department because my feet get sweaty in that shoes.

It was my first day.

Today was my first day in the office. I had been nervous until I met my new coworkers.
But I really relieved. Everyone is kind to me. I’m sure I will get along with them.
I take over the job which is one of the sales posts for overseas distributer.
I’d like to get used to do my job as soon as possible.

About my cat

Her name is ‘Nyago’.
She has beautiful white long hair.
Her eyes are different color, right eye is green and left one is blue.
She mews with very cute voice.
She is very friendly, cute, and sometimes selfish.
She always follows me in the house even when I take a bath.

It's still hot in Japan.

The lingering summer heat is still terrible in Japan.
日本では残暑がまだまだ厳しい。

Although it's cool morning and evening lately.

最近は朝晩は涼しいけれど。
It’s really hot around my house because of inland.
私か住んでいる所は内陸なので本当に暑い。
I’ve already missed New Zealand. It was a little cold rather than cool.
すでにニュージーランドが恋しい。涼しいと言うより少し寒かった。
I recollected sailing in harbor of Auckland with some pictures and sent some mails to the people that I could get to know in New Zealand.
何枚かの写真でオークランドのハーバーでのセイリングを回想し、ニュージーランドで知り合えた人々にメールを送った。
My new job will start tomorrow. Fingers crossed to…

I’ll start my blog to improve my English.
英語上達のために英語のブログを始めます。
I’ve just gone back to Japan from New Zealand the day before yesterday.
おとといニュージランドから日本に戻ってきました。
This trip was study overseas program. It was very short time, only one week.
この旅は留学プログラムでした。とても短期間でたった１週間だけでした。
I stayed in Auckland. It was very beautiful city but my schedule was too hard to enjoy it.
オークランドに滞在しました。とても美しい都市でしたが私のスケジュールがタイトで十分には楽しめませんでした。
But I could make my confidence for speaking in front of English speakers.
でも英語を話す人の前で話すことに自信を持つことができました。
The kiwis (New Zealanders) are very kind and friendly. I would like to go to there again without studying next time.
ニュージランドの人々はとても優しくフレンドリーです。次回は勉強は無しで再び行きたいです。
I will start new my job tomorrow. I can practice of my English right away.
私は新しい仕事を明日から始めます。すぐに英語の実践ができます。
Although my English is not enough, I’m looking forward to contact with foreigners in the office.
私の英語は十分ではありませんが、会社で外国人と連絡を取り合えるのを楽しみにしています。
